I have mild gastritis and I’m taking Nexium as per dr’s recommendation…I got Covid in Jan and then diagnosed of H pylori and mild pan gastritis in Feb. I finished ny treatment in March but I ended up getting LPR and reflux after and had to stay on PPIs. Im now 6 months post treatment and still on PPIs (Nexium 40)- it makes me feel good no reflux at all..
